                If you want to have clear vocals and good mid-range tones, go for HD 650. On the other hand, if you prefer bass, treble and a great soundstage, your best bet is HD 700. The soundstage and treble in HD 700 are simply superb, so if these matter to you as an audiophile, go for 700 by all means.
