No you can't install android os on Samsung Galaxy Z2 because there are no custom Roms available to this phone and also even if we're able to flash Android there is a huge chance of getting ur phone bricked.

No you can't. You can't install Android on a Tizen phone. But what you can do is download ACL for your Tizen which is available on app store. ACL or Application Compatibility Layer can run Android based apps in your Tizen phone.
