The Samsung RB29FWJNDSA is an excellent fridge-freezer with an attractive platinum silver finish, slightly marred by its plastic door handles. The appliance is super silent, thanks to its digital inverter compressor, which comes with a 10-year warranty. This model is good value and comes with a non-plumbed water dispenser that's easy to refill and still leaves plenty of storage space inside.Read more

Why is my Samsung refrigerator collecting water in the bottom?
    nanci.klein
Many times when you see a pool of water (or one that froze into a sheet of ice), it can often be attributed to condensation or a spill you didn't notice. The most common place to see water is at the bottom of the compartment, such as below the vegetable or crisper drawers.

Where is the defrost drain tube on a Samsung refrigerator?
    edmundo_predovic
You can find the defrost drain inside your freezer at the back. It is a small hole that is usually located at the bottom of the freezer and can sometimes be hidden behind a plastic or metal panel which can be removed by unscrewing it.

How do I fix my Samsung fridge Freezer not cooling?
    junior
Unplug the refrigerator for 1 minute, then plug it back in. If your refrigerator is in demonstration mode, unplugging it, then plugging it back in resets the refrigerator to regular mode. If none of these actions resolve your cooling problem, call Samsung Customer Service.

Why is my Samsung refrigerator leaking water under the crisper drawer?
    jalisa
Clogged Refrigerator Defrost Drain If you find water in your crisper drawers, or notice the refrigerator leaking water on the floor, it's likely due to a clogged defrost drain. The refrigerator's automatic defrost system includes a drain tube that deposits excess water into the drain pan.
