  • fast and sharp
  • PL120 is surprisingly well built
  • noise performance is good enough
  • picture quality is great for a camera at this price point
  • Colours are recorded nicely and realistically
  • well-designed and organized in a way that allows pretty simple navigation
  • Landscapes also look good
  • Holding the camera is easy and the buttons are easy to press
  • The menus are easy to navigate and understand

Cons

  • hard to make waves in a market flooded with competitors
  • uses software to black out pupils that are suffering from red-eye
  • the tendency to leave your camera switched on or not
  • not secure in the same way SD is
  • see noise on pictures at all
  • lack of optical zoom is often the first complaint
  • Samsung PL210 does not feature touch control
  • sometimes too sensitive and goes off unexpectedly
  • only used a 2GB Micro SD card
  • The flash has a painfully slow recycle time
  • It isn t obnoxiously large or bulky
