How do I reset my Samsung soundbar HW k850?

You can do a hard reset by leaving the unit on and pressing both the Volume up and Volume down button at same time. It will take a few seconds....then it will flash Unit, then flash OFF... wait a moment and turn it back on.

You may notice that the sound drops intermittently or stops working when your soundbar is connected to your TV via HDMI-ARC. If this is happening, you can fix the issue with a firmware update.

How do I setup my Samsung wireless soundbar?

On your TV, navigate to Home, select Settings, select Sound, select Sound Output, and then select Bluetooth Speaker List. Select your soundbar from the list. When the TV detects a nearby soundbar, the message Need Pairing or Paired will appear in the TV's Bluetooth device list.

You can use HDMI, an optical cable, an AUX cable, or even Bluetooth. Find the model code and serial number of you Samsung soundbar on a sticker on the back or the bottom of the soundbar. Your Samsung soundbar can turn on automatically when it's connected to your TV by an optical cable or HDMI cable.
