    Samsung's official site is no longer list the original Odyssey headset for sale, though continues to show it as a “Support Only Product.” The newer Odyssey+ is still for sale.

    Does the Samsung Odyssey need a PC?

    The HMD Odyssey cannot be used as a standalone device. It needs to be connected to a computer and you need to open Mixed Reality Portal if you want to play VR games.

    How do I pair my Samsung Odyssey controller?

    Here's how: Press the Windows button for 2 seconds to turn on your controllers. Remove the battery cover and then press and hold the Bluetooth pairing button until the lights flash. On your computer, navigate to Windows > Settings > Devices > Add Bluetooth or other device > Bluetooth and select the controller to pair.
