If your Galaxy Watch is frozen and unresponsive, press and hold the Home key (Power key) for more than 7 seconds to restart it. If the methods above do not solve your problem, perform a factory data reset. On the Apps screen, tap (Settings) → General → Reset.

Restore Samsung Gear Live from a mobile phone 1- Go to Settings > Bluetooth on your smartphone and find your smartwatch under Paired devices, then tap on the gear icon at the right and choose Unpair or Forget. Samsung Gear Live. 2- Uninstall the Wear OS app and reinstall on your phone and set up your smartwatch as new.

Come August 5, Samsung will stop offering Galaxy Store support on the Galaxy Gear, meaning apps and other services will cease to be a thing. However, Samsung says customers can upgrade to Tizen to continue using the Galaxy Store.

If your watch supports Wi-Fi, it can stay connected to your phone at any distance when they're both connected to the Internet. To stay connected to your phone, turn on and connect to Wi-Fi on your watch. Not all watches can connect to Wi-Fi. Try turning on Wi-Fi on your watch.

If your smartwatch is connected to Wi-Fi, and your phone has a Wi-Fi or cellular network connection, your smartphone can be anywhere you like. The Wi-Fi network doesn't have to be the same either. If your smartwatch isn't connected to Wi-Fi, keep it within 30 feet your phone.
