Why does my Samsung monitor keep turning off and on?

Your monitor should only turn on and off when you want it to, and not on its own. When this happens, there usually isn't anything wrong with the monitor itself. A defective power cord or outlet is the most likely culprit.

Why can't I adjust the brightness on my Samsung monitor?

The Brightness Settings can also be adjusted. Please check the guide below: Go to Settings > Select Picture. Press Expert settings > Select Brightness to 50(Max)
