Is the Samsung BD j5100 region free?

This Samsung player is on the small side and lacks a "Power On" light and no 4K Playback, but apart from that it's just fine. It's a Region-Free modified player, so it will (supposedly) play discs (DVD and Blu-ray) which originate from anywhere in the world, which is why I purchased it to begin with.
