Reflecta RPS 10 M

Pros

  • a power adapter at a store and works fine
  • dual voltage so will be fine
  • resultant scan is superior
  • scan quality is excellent and batch scanning works
  • Scan quality is really excellent
  • maximum resolution is about 4300 dpi which is still pretty great
  • a marginally better resolution and slightly better shadow detail and better highlights
  • the framing
  • until now has been quite accurate

Cons

  • the scanner does no ICE or other adjustments when batch scanning
  • magic Touch is either always on or always off
  • user inter-face a pain in the butt to use
  • Canon s driver support for Mac is abysmal
