Pros

  • Its design and looks are quite understated
  • easily and quite comfortably covers your ear
  • reduces distortion and helps increase durability
  • The soundstage was nice and wide and teammates communicating through Skype
  • Razer has done an excellent job here
  • headset is fairly straightforward
  • definitely a note-worthy upgrade
  • ensures balanced weight distribution and reduced clamping force
  • quite comfortable
  • enjoyable to use and for most parts

Cons

  • noticeable noise being received on the other end
  • The clamping force of the headphones does sometimes feel a little subjective
  • over-exaggerated lows and mids
  • none air passes through and you can feel sweat starting to build around your ears
  • overpriced and flashy
  • leatherette allows little to no breatheability
  • the bass is extremely distorted for anything under about 25 Hz
  • Razer logo printed on a small piece of glossy finish
  • the crazy bass response as it will physically rumble your ears
  • very good microphone quality
  • the volume is noticeably louder
