                The Razer Basilisk is slightly heavier than the Razer DeathAdder Elite and has a different shape. While they're both designed for right-handed use, the Basilisk has a thumb rest on its left side.

While they're both designed for right-handed use, the Basilisk has a thumb rest on its left side. They both are suitable for every hand size in every grip type, except small hands for claw or fingertip.
