  • It easy to see and navigate through in the dark
  • The channel inputs are well signposted and easy to reach
  • reliable and sound good
  • everything is easily accessible
  • The sound is really great my good taste
  • Everything is accessible and well located
  • Controls are well spaced and the panel is clearly labelled
  • well-chosen
  • quick to use
  • Traktor Scratch timecode support is also handy

Cons

  • nice to see an upgrade is the faders
  • the control cable inputs are tricky to access
  • club mixer and not a turntablist tool
  • the sound kicks in straight away and gets progressively louder
  • weak -26dB max of the older model
  • a built-in traktor-certified audio interface
  • only lets the loudest parts of the track “through”
  • The price may be a bit expensive to buy
  • Only one Colour effect can be selected at a time
  • fader start and not just DIN MIDI
  • Pioneer gear has never ever been cheap
