  • vibrant colors and offered wide viewing angles
  • the gesture controls were easy to use and responded instantly to our commands
  • The battery really performs well
  • The Perception is an excellent voice phone
  • Text is nice and crisp
  • sharp
  • bright
  • and colorful
  • Viewing angles are excellent
  • 1080p footage I captured looked sharp and clean

Cons

  • the screen is quite dark and hard to view
  • Drag the picture or use the keyboard arrows to rotate the phone
  • Perception saw a minor increase in runtime to 4 hours 27 minutes
  • bright light sources looked blown out
  • get access to Google Now or offline voice typing
  • tinny and lacking in bass
  • screen in direct sunlight was difficult
  • the earpiece produces painfully loud volumes
  • basic CPU power lacks in a large way
  • It was distractingly buzzy and and a little echoey
  • Voices sounded a little hollow and slightly unnatural
