While the VT60 series doesn’t sport the Panasonic ZT60’s vaunted “Studio Master Panel”, you’d never know it in a dark or dim room. Add in better on-board sound and a few other extras, and the VT60 starts to look like the TV to beat this year.Read more

  • easy navigation and sleeker design compared
  • vibrant and accurate colors
  • full-sized
  • fully-featured and perhaps most importantly fully backlit remote
  • VT60 also boasts a stand that is as functional as it is beautiful
  • picture quality is amazing in a dark room
  • Panasonic ST60 is a very good plasma TV
  • Netflix and Hulu often looked better than our cable-delivered content

Cons

  • No cherry-picked units sent by brands
  • less expensive doesn t mean it s a lesser TV
  • Blu-ray content stole the show
  • it lacks some essential buttons such as Menu
  • fairly lousy video quality
  • sadly no zoom feature
  • HTC is doing analog clocks
  • only Panasonic TV to offer an onboard camera
  • didn t work if we were standing near a source of bright light
  • heavy and creating slight buzzing noise
  • Somewhat high input lag
