  • It is a clever idea and works very well
  • Optical Image Stabilisation gives excellent shake free images
  • quick and easy shooting
  • Battery life is good for 260 shots
  • The menu system is laid out logically and is easy to navigate
  • buttons and slides are made out of metal and provide a nice tactile feedback
  • Colors are accurate
  • noise is well controlled
  • Image quality is fine for the price
  • Intelligent Auto is generally accurate and worry-free

Cons

  • it only runs on Windows
  • usual boxy Panasonic rectangle
  • no grip at all to the attractive brushed metal front
  • The camera takes the same amount of time again to apply noise reduction
