Pros

  • the 301 is very attractive
  • the 301 is better-built
  • does very well in putting up saturated and evenly balanced color
  • Battery operation is good for 45 to 90 minutes depending on content
  • $399 and very fine video and data images
  • PK301 scored reasonably well otherwise
  • the total package can easily fit in a shirt pocket

Cons

  • fiddly
  • unpredictable
  • unresponsive
  • the bottom is slightly fuzzy
  • audio is weak and tinny
  • No air filters to change
  • no lamps to replace
  • it does not have the space to load another
  • the resolution is not as good as the previous 1080i
  • The all-black buttons would be impossible to use were they not backlit blue
  • have to be on the same level as the image it projected
