While there are a plethora of PJs available for around a grand, most will ask you to make some sort of sacrifice when it comes to visual performance, usually in terms of resolution or black level.   • Colours appear rich and bold with just enough shadow detailing
  • The colours are accurate and bright

Cons

  • the projector constantly throws up an egg timer graphic
  • It can be a frustrating machine to live with
  • it just feels a little clunky
  • a hyper-real experience on the big screen
  • home cinema system
  • The zoom range is also fairly mediocre
  • blue is very slightly undersaturated
  • was a lot of random noise in the shadows
  • noticeable banding and noise in any bright gradations
  • brightness ramping up and down while watching
  • extra bandwidth requirement was too much
