  • Sharpness is retained well at close focus
  • is incredibly lightweight and pretty sharp

  • tube slides out in 2 steps and is pretty free of play
  • Digital scores surprisingly well on this point
  • Digital performs reasonably well on autofocus
  • light
  • compact versatility
  • a great review with splendid images
  • sharpness in centre and acceptable in corners

Cons

  • lack of IS can be a bit of a problem
  • Lens can be difficult to extend because of the plastic friction
  • build quality is not as refined as we would like
  • radio announcer and DJ
  • distortion is small
  • Panasonic bodies without built-in image stabilization
  • that the lens is not very robust
  • do not reach the high values of the jpegs
