  • Audioengine 5+ are wonderful and POWERFUL
  • speed
  • reliability
  • battery life and
  • extremely convenient and great sounding piece of equipment
  • natural and powerful the amp sounded
  • signal is now cleaner
  • clearer
  • and more robust

Cons

  • volume control affects the level of the signal being sent out the RCA jacks
  • It s way worse than the iPhone
  • crappy built-in headphone jack and sound card
  • the on-board DAC in my machine is terrible and
  • iMac s lousy internal DAC
  • vocals hit higher notes that have always distorted a bit before
  • lack of weight just won t hold it in place
  • not an OMG device
