Pros

  • everything is still fine and easy to read
  • it feels very well in the hand
  • Lumia 820 does feel very solid and well-built
  • intuitive
  • smooth operation and numerous Nokia apps
  • Apps are opened quickly and use is always smooth
  • the displayed content remained easily readable even outdoors
  • timeless design meets a decent camera and numerous proprietary apps
  • viewing angles remain stable from every position
  • components provide an appealing application performance alongside acceptable power consumption
  • The handling is intuitive and the functions are available to the same extent as

Cons

  • Nokia needs to regain its lost positions
  • it is not my everyday phone
  • the microphone could have been a bit more sensitive in louder surroundings
  • the brightness could be a bit higher for outdoor use
  • sound reproduction is extremely tinny particularly in higher volumes
  • the charger is excluded and is only protected for 6 months
  • Benchmark v2 is currently not available for Windows Phone 8
  • there s bound to be some bad information floating around
  • massive 920 and charging a few more dollars
  • No more group shots spoiled by one person blinking at the wrong moment
  • it was chunky
