What is different about the Wii Mini?
    donetta_bergstrom

The Wii Mini is smaller and more energy-efficient than the full-sized Wii, and for those who want more than the simple white or black color schemes of the past, the Wii Mini has red trim with a red Wii controller and Nunchuk secondary controller.

What was the point of the Wii Mini?
    keneth
The Wii Mini is strictly a one-trick pony, designed only to play disc-based Wii games. (The original Wii could also play GameCube titles, but that feature is also gone from the Wii Mini -- Nintendo pulled GameCube compatibility from Wii models sold after November 2011, too.)

Insert the AV Multi Out plug of the Wii AV Cable into the AV Multi Out connector on the back of the console. Insert the colored connectors on the Wii AV Cable into the input connectors on the TV....Complete these steps

The Wii Mini is a physically smaller version of the Wii. Unlike the Wii, the Wii Mini cannot play GameCube titles.
