  • 60p video is nice
  • The base camera was already darned good by all accounts
  • features are much more intuitive and well implemented on the smaller cameras
  • iso-invariant quality at iso 100 is impressive
  • Image results are very satisfactory
  • make it easy to shoot compelling lifestyle images
  • solid and well-built
  • is better for sports and low-light photography
  • the automatic white balance system copes very well across all different lighting conditions

Cons

  • Screen and viewfinder Screen and viewfinder haven't
  • AF is not good in bad light conditions
  • The colors of the CCD have surely been missed
  • Nikon cripple the top LCD display
  • old swivel style LCD
