  • The attenuation though is excellent
  • the interface is professionally designed and tested
  • rich and flexible web interface

Cons

  • the typical DAC chip default response which is a bit lazy
  • Signal to noise ratio falls a bit short short
  • (lack of) standards in the audio consumer market

Pros

  • The attenuation though is excellent
  • the interface is professionally designed and tested
  • rich and flexible web interface
  • It all worked exceptionally well and reliably
  • sounds better and runs better than RME
  • the 1248 still looks excellent value for money

Cons

  • the typical DAC chip default response which is a bit lazy
  • Signal to noise ratio falls a bit short short
  • (lack of) standards in the audio consumer market
  • has not posted at ASR in two months
  • the analog interfaces still suck ass
  • slight coloring or lack thereof in much of the analysis
  • It may not display this or other websites correctly
  • clunky
  • hard to use interface
  • will not provide your personal information to third parties
