  • color quality was mediocre
  • Google Wallet was not activated on our early demo device
  • Voices were muffled and tinny in my ear
  • graininess with the front-facing camera
  • Audio quality was disappointing
  • Viper is thicker than those two phones
  • TeleNav was slow to load pages and maps
  • we sounded distant and fuzzy
  • there was a lot of graininess in the image
  • The ID button in the launcher is a little annoying
