  • purchasing on line is quick and easy and I ordered directly
  • internals are very well made and high end materials
  • Combining polished metal with a black body really looks sharp
  • smooth workflow is important to me
  • The glass touch screen is extremely sophisticated and very easy to use
  • two fully articulated stainless steel steam wands and a dedicated hot water tap
  • sleek
  • attractive design

Cons

  • it was difficult for me to see the gauge
  • The stock portafilter baskets are too small for my preference
  • No extra equipment
  • Does not include commercial espresso machines or brewers
  • heating element is not removable for the steam boiler
  • commercial machine will be larger and more expensive than necessary
