  • easy-to-read visual display of each step

Cons

  • You no longer have digital access to ratings and reviews
  • drip coffee maker just flushes the coffee basket
  • KitchenAid Coffee Maker comes only with a glass carafe
  • Your coffee will burn and taste awful
  • warmer of this coffee brewer shuts off after an hour
  • no option yet to choose a thermal carafe version
  • it is mostly plastic
  • you cannot turn this one off
  • Hot plates have a tendency to create a burnt flavor
  • these machines are only sold refurbished at this time
  • The warming plate below the carafe cannot be turned off
