The Cloud II has a more full sound when using the 3.5 mm headphone jack plug. The BlackShark V2 is more tinny in comparison with less bass. The material used on both headsets is different. The Cloud II earcups and headband are soft leatherette.Jun 19, 2022

The HyperX Cloud 2/Cloud II are better gaming headphones than the Razer BlackShark V2 X. The HyperX are more comfortable, better-built, and have a more neutral sound profile, which some users may prefer. They also come with a wired USB connection, and their boom mic offers a better noise handling performance.

The HyperX Cloud 2/Cloud II are better headphones than the Razer BlackShark V2, though depending on your preferences, you may prefer one over the other. The HyperX are more comfortable, better-built, and their microphone performs better out-of-the-box.
