  • sturdy and well built
  • solid experience and most of the parts were packed well Base feels sturdy and
  • easy to use
  • sharp and did the job efficiently
  • Great product with so many attachments
  • Very easy to clean and do so much more than expected
  • the easy attachments which is great for cold weather nights
  • machine has worked fairly well for my requirements
  • it has made my cooking really easy and quick

  • the drive shaft melted and cannot be used again
  • able to get spares at that point in time

  • grommet on the lid also sheared off
  • jug a bit small in size
  • the handle of the bowl facing to the right hand side with control to front
  • is very bulky to store in my small kitchen
  • The instructions are not user friendly
  • hard to put on the base of the system
