  • lack of detail and the bass-heavy tonal balance

  • The plastic “wings” also seemed largely useless
  • No good - the touch controls were still too unreliable to use
  • the finely-honed ergonomics or rugged design
  • they are horrible to the point of unusable for phone calls
  • some sound processing modes can take a little bit extra out of your battery
