Cons

  • returns on items that have had their security and/or hygiene tags removed
  • Automatic shut off after 30 minutes of non-use
  • no responsibility for transport delays or circumstances outside of our control causing late delivery
  • The store will not work correctly in the case when cookies are disabled
  • Looser waves have a tendency to drop out much faster than tighter curls
  • Wands vs tongs have been a debate for years
  • the roots have a tendency to fall flat
  • slightly grainy textured barrel
  • mermaid waves tend to have much longer staying power
  • strand of hair is pulled through the plates and twisted
  • No hair spray
