It looks good
fits good
VAHR itself is pretty decent
magnetic cradle of the VA was very easy
optical HRM was excellent for nearly all of the run
easy to operate and simple to review data
it also feels quite comfortable to wear
the screen is very good and easy to read
faster and more responsive
It was clear and easy to understand
Everything in said app store is free
refreshed user interface
HR readings seemed pretty consistent and decent for the two rides
V-HR has been great for cycling
very detailed and useful

informative and impartial
instant-pace is pretty darn stable on the unit
it handles pretty well
activity tracking is excellent
this tracker is surprisingly comfortable

FR630 is off beating to its own drum
it does struggle a little bit on the recovery section

No cherry-picked units sent by manufacturers
retaining clip can be a little fickle
takes a proportional amount of activity to reduce the bar back to zero
not using all of its available power
not dramatically - even in full GPS sports mode

Garmin s Connect app only displays a limited amount of information regarding sleep trends
they can t track your activity and sleep metrics
There s no easy way to tell which color stands for what
