  • very well-executed and incrementally improved
  • Recovery plot is a very useful feature of Polar Flow
  • the tool works quite well and is very easy to use
  • Backcountry & Competitive Cyclist offer free 2-day shipping
  • V800 is really at its best while running
  • very smooth and yet at the same time responsive
  • gps track is excellent
  • delivers a pleasing feeling of permanence and heft
  • comfortable and solid
  • is understated and much more wearable
  • The buttons are easy to find and use while working out

Cons

  • only uploads to Polar Flow
  • Polar is not working on a successor
  • watch a bit too bulky to wear sleeping
  • inability to see your watch while in aero position is a letdown
  • bugs section does not include features simply missing or not planned
  • Highly annoying charging/syncing connector
  • Not much use as a sleep tracker
