watch should work fine
the speed (and distance) readings are very accurate
data itself is good
some thoughts on the recovery features - sleep and quick

and subsequently easy to use and download
it performed fairly well
Backcountry & Competitive Cyclist offer free 2-day shipping
recovery chart functionality and found that well implemented
Create workout and transfer to watch fine
Sturdy and capable
GPS accuracy seems very good
battery life is decent - about a week in normal use
to immense depths
GPS-enabled and solidly built
some very nice touches in the recovery meter and the activity tracker
slimmed-down version is much easier to navigate

tracking software is a bit annoying
Ambit3 does not have a vibration alert
calibration is a little tedious
does a poor job of estimating pace from its internal accelerometer
Errors in GPS tend to cause the display of current pace to swing wildly
has no alerts for when your Cadence is too low
doesn t mean it s not a valuable resource
does not track the actual steps
innovation doesn t seem to be slowing
Peak is only available in black and sapphire
size adjustments on the strap so either slightly too large or a bit too tight
Ambit3 is not a compact watch
No cherry-picked units sent by manufacturers
GPS satellite data is inherently flawed
Fenix is lying flat on the ground
the watch is far from dainty
can't pair with ANT+ sensors
lack of compatibility with Android devices
only pairs with sensors via Bluetooth Smart
the strap slips down the chest during swim workouts
It will not work with other 3rd party straps that have memory
POD calibration data is lost
lack the full Brady Bunch of colors at my disposal
GPS reception is lost every stroke and has to be regained every stroke
the step counter was largely useless
it tends to favour chunky 'outdoor' watches
the watch frequently reverts to factory settings)
