  • cheap
  • easy to setup and fairly indestructible
  • Garmin connect software is very easy to use and provides useful data
  • a quality product
  • easy to install and easy to use

Cons

  • the edge 200 track is very inaccurate at high zoom levels
  • does it have a built in compass
  • it only reads signals at 10 second intervals
  • no discount on either from Amazon)
  • the clock is not visible while a ride is in progress
  • always too pricey and overstocked with features to appeal
  • the battery cannot be replaced
  • the unit was untroubled by one hour of rain
  • Western Australia was a year old and lacked a few new roads
  • there was no need to set the clock
  • the USB port looks like it might be a weak point
