  • it handles subtle light transitions very well
  • The camera copes reasonably well with contrast and darker conditions
  • Video quality is pretty good
  • bright screen the Garmin s maps are refreshing on the eyes

Cons

  • isn t as extensive as TomTom s Traffic
  • There doesn t appear to be any way to disable loop-recording
  • The prevailing speed limit is on the left
  • grainy and prone to flare from headlights
  • This site uses Akismet to reduce spam
  • relatively low-resolution screen and shorter than average battery length
  • poorly designed Mount
  • Also no sound recording on the Dash Cam
  • Garmin DriveAssist is only available with a 5inch
  • inbuilt dash camera
  • 50's night video was lacking in clarity
