  • Navigation and configuration are a pretty easy deal
  • same compact design and a clever magnetic mount
  • 45's design is thoughtful and on point
  • Number plates are clear
  • and surroundings are clear too
  • huge convenience and time saver
  • The quality is great
  • the ease of use is pretty great
  • navigation system is pretty simple
  • Very good performance at night too
  • The quality recording is excellent day/night

Cons

  • details are still a bit fuzzier than on Garmin's pricier cameras
  • Garmin having info on the area
  • slow wireless speed
  • copying the video from the camera to your phone is rather slow
  • it makes it impossible to put in different cars
  • from slow Wi-Fi transfer speeds
  • it records on an endless loop
  • The lane warning tended to be overactive
  • The picture resolution is significantly larger than the model 45
  • hokey setup with magnets and tape
  • pedestrians or someone clipping the front side of your car
