There s simply no standard that every manufacturer follows

the monitor mute and level can be a bit slow to respond
Mute and Dim buttons
no option to switch them to output monitoring
word clock out and a mains input socket
it makes it a very limited interface
momentary talkback switch on the right side of the interface
headphone outputs stealing the line output converters
There are no LED indicators for the 8 outputs
no actual input or output metering
never once ran into glitches when recording on either machine
the latency has never been a problem
clunky poorly developed and poor UX user interface
