Focal Dimension

After auditioning a wide range of stereo music, I reached a few more conclusions. First, the Focal system doesn’t mess excessively with two-channel audio. The Dimension soundbar widens the inherently narrow stereo soundstage a bit but eschews more extreme DSP effects and their probable impact on timbre. Second, as alluded to above, while treble was consistently satisfying, the bar couldn’t match the airy ease and top-octaves fine detail, nor the “sweetness” on strings, of audiophile loudspeakers—and at high volume levels, it could get a little forced and peaky.

It is made from the French brand which is able to fire 5.1 sound into your living room without the hassle of thinking about space. An impressive-sounding soundbar with a few setup faux-pas

Focal’s high-end soundbar packs a real punch without a subwoofer, but we’d have liked more HDMI inputs and Bluetooth at this price.
