Pros

  • They responded reasonably promptly and were helpful
  • The threaded containers turned out quite nice
  • clean overhangs and smooth face

Cons

  • the ABS version looked quite terrible
  • abysmal bottom layers
  • No cherry-picked units sent by manufacturers
  • spiral vase was a little on the thick side
  • the slicer somehow missed the top chunk of the model
