Models without screens convey all information on the accompanying app

Make sure the band of Fitbit Charge 3 is not too tight. Wear the band loosely so you can move it back and forth on your wrist. During exercise, move the band higher on your wrist (2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone) for a better fit.
