  • very well and it is very clear and easy to use
  • very quickly and was extremely helpful
  • camera works well and the picture is excellent

  • the mini usb on the device that is failing
  • cameras both seem to turn off intermittently

Pros

  • very well and it is very clear and easy to use
  • very quickly and was extremely helpful
  • camera works well and the picture is excellent
  • great value for money and with its build quality
  • simple to operate
  • menu makes it easy to set up
  • a great unit and works well and is easy to install and setup
  • very quick response and also very helpful
  • picture quality is good
  • Viewing recordings again is simple
  • Picture quality/viewing is very good

Cons

  • the mini usb on the device that is failing
  • cameras both seem to turn off intermittently
  • it will not go into battery charging mode
  • Only issue is only supports 32GB SD cards
  • no longer turns on and starts recording when starting the car
  • will not keep recording whereas a rechargeable battery will
  • Some cameras may decrease resolution to achieve a higher frame rate
  • It requires the dash cam to be hardwired to the car's power
  • It may not display this or other websites correctly
  • their car accessories section is severely lacking
