Canon EF 28-105mm f/3.5-4.5 II USM

Pros

  • Good build quality
  • nice for travel
  • small
  • light and has a range that makes it quite versatile
  • Sharpness
  • contrast and colour are excellent on my 6D
  • image quality is good to great throughout the focal lengths
  • Focusing is quick
  • quiet
  • and the ability to override
  • The prints were pretty good with Iowa fall colors

Cons

  • APS-C DSLRs it is flawed
  • lack of supplied lens hoods as standard
  • 40 mm is not quite enough of a zoom
  • slow f-stop
  • Occasionally it seems a tad stiff
  • it covers the zoom ring so you cannot use the zoom
  • optics are not so hot
  • The colors are a bit warm compared to my primes
  • disadvantage of this lens is low contrast and faded colors
  • be able to shoot very large with this lens
  • in difficult
