Pros

  • high yield ones and the quality of printing is good
  • The print quality is reasonable in both colour and black
  • The features and operation of the printer are fine
  • It performed beautifully from the time I unpacked it and set it up
  • Fast
  • clear and quiet printing and scanning
  • Scans very well and got fax too
  • user-friendly and good quality products
  • user-friendly setup and usage
  • product has got good finishing and has curved edges overall for safety
  • highly efficient in the task provided and provides great quality prints

Cons

  • You cannot set the print function to mono and 2 sided print
  • of banding (a regular pattern of faint striations)
  • the price was too high in the past
  • It will not function properly on a dual line for auto answering of faxes/phone
  • The cost of toner cartridges is expensive
  • poor quality parts they use
  • Interpolated resolution can only be selected currently in windows 8
  • doesn t have feature to remain connected via WiFi
