  • Bes820xl manual was commendable
  • Super easy to use
  • pretty easy to clean and maintain
  • an easy machine to operate when it comes to semi-automatics
  • It ensures the shot brewed is much better
  • The gauge makes it easy to dial in your shot

Cons

  • It cannot make drip or pour over coffee
  • reviews problems can turn out to be very acute
  • Have they lost confidence in the system
  • dialing in the shot was too difficult
  • They are not set for a 30 second shot or a 20 second shot
  • the built-in conical burr coffee grinder
  • it s still not perfect for everyone
