Is Bose Solo 5 worth it?

The Bose Solo 5 is average for mixed usage. It produces clear mid-range audio, which makes it a good choice for podcasts and TV shows. However, it lacks a deep bass, which can make some music sound bad.

Is Bose Solo 5 dolby digital?
    Danyil
The Bose Solo 5 can decode Dolby Digital via its optical port but downmixes it to 2.0. It is disappointing as most streaming platforms and Blu-rays are encoded in Dolby Digital 5.1 surround.

Does Bose Solo 5 work with Google Home?
    Kieth
You'll pair your soundbar and your Google Home with a wireless Bluetooth connection. You'll access settings through the Google Home app on your smartphone or tablet. You'll then be able to make the Bluetooth connection, change the default speaker, and play music from multiple apps.
