The QuietComfort 20 is compatible with Android, BlackBerry, Windows and other smartphones, while the QuietComfort20i supports Apple iOS. Both models offer a two-button remote that can be used to answer phone calls and toggle the Aware Mode on and off; the QuietComfort20i also has volume, music control and voice commands.
