Pros

  • capable office suite along with the rich and secure email and messaging capabilities
  • The Passport is great at playing both music and video
  • far faster and more accurate typist on a good virtual keyboard
  • awesome battery life and a solid construction
  • great call quality and data performance
  • size and weight does make the Passport feel sturdy
  • The design is very human
  • very easy to use
  • in integration is great and all my contacts are well organize
  • It integrates very well with my Exchange account
  • much more streamlined and businesslike

Cons

  • BlackBerry tried desperately to catch up to Android and iOS
  • The odd form factor takes a lot of getting used to
  • it s huge (big phones beget big batteries)
  • awkward to hold up to the side of your face
  • Awkward dimensions and confusing interfaces
  • inability to use the keyboard as physical keys for steering etc
  • The app gap is still pretty terrible
  • the signal was frequently lower in the same place as my iPhone 6
  • weird looking
  • huge and bizarre
  • awful that folks who are already using BlackBerry are going to be turned off
