  • It keeps everything together and sews your pieces evenly and perfectly
  • Happy New Year and Happy Sewing
  • it came with everything I needed to get started
  • The Dual Feed is AMAZING when piecing
  • BSR function as well
  • versatility of the Bernina best
  • The size difference is pretty easy to see
  • is good with free motion embroidery and free motion quilting
  • embroidery and it works soooo good
  • sturdy and solid they both are
  • It sounds like your machine is very nice

Cons

  • Knee Lift This feature is a must-have for serious
  • inability to adjust presser foot pressure
  • The machine is just too finicky
  • tiny lock stitch and the annoying messages
  • it lacks some of the bells and whistles of the newer machines
  • the Bernina only has a handful of needle positions
  • The store will not work correctly in the case when cookies are disabled
