  • well-designed and convenient virtual mixer
  • is fully packed with features and it is easy to learn and use
  • A nice touch is this flow diagram

Cons

  • the gain controls are not very linear
  • their interfaces are no longer acting as elaborate Pro Tools copy
  • no facility to attach an external PSU

Pros

  • well-designed and convenient virtual mixer
  • is fully packed with features and it is easy to learn and use
  • A nice touch is this flow diagram
  • The additional control features to the right of the front panel are also very handy
  • reliable reviews of the latest and greatest hardware and software technology
  • simpler and solid construction
  • easier and more accurate monitoring levels

Cons

  • the gain controls are not very linear
  • their interfaces are no longer acting as elaborate Pro Tools copy
  • no facility to attach an external PSU
  • there is no other metering
  • its size is getting rather ungainly for backpacking
  • preamps are still a little noisy for low-level signals
  • The knobs are made out of plastic but seem quite rugged
  • the connections is the lack of an ADAT connector
